A. We make every effort to ensure that our offer consists of top-tier quality products, void of any defects. We are responsible for any defects pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code (in particular Art. 556 and Art. 556 (1) -556 (3)).

C. To shorten the complaint period, include the following data in your message;

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Order No.
  • The date of entering into the agreement constituting the basis for the complaint
  • Subject of the complaint
  • Photo or video of the damage/defect
  • Expectations towards the complaint (replacement/refund/rebate)
D. Complaints shall be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Response related to the complaint decision shall be sent at the email address provided while ordering Goods.

 

 

 

Right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods for the production of which the consumer's individual choice or determination is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The products from our offer are made fully to individual order and are adjusted to the consumer's needs. Therefore it is not possible to return the ordered goods.
